SHINE started when a couple of neighbours who are busy professionals were talking about how we couldn't find anyone to clean our homes the way we wanted. We realized, through chats at the hair salon, social events, and school concerts, that many folks had the same challenges. We decided to do something about that, and SHINE began. We take the worry and hassle out of housekeeping for you. We complete a full background check on every employee we hire. We train them to be a Shine Specialist using our own techniques. We provide them with good pay and benefits. We use whatever cleaning products the client desires (eg. brand name, environmentally friendly, unscented, etc.). And to make it even easier, you can pay with your credit card or convenient bank transfer - you never have to worry about having cash for the cleaner again.
